Nation Building and Economic Stimulus
Isabella St North Parramatta
A twenty-four unit complex at Isabella St, North Parramatta has given our member Women’s Housing Company a boost in Western Sydney, providing diverse housing options for women from a range of backgrounds. The modified units are wheelchair accessible and provide widened entry points for accessibility.
The complex has also incorporated solar panels to provide a greener supply of power, reducing tenant’s bills. Other notable features include secure intercom entry and underground parking with individual storage areas.
“Bobbie Townsend, CEO Women’s Housing Company told media at the opening of the above property “The Women’s Housing Company is pleased to offer such quality housing to tenants. Thanks must go to our partners on this project, BlueCHP Ltd and the Australian Government’s Nation Building Economic Stimulus Plan for funding construction.”
