The Head of Community Services will work with our members, clients and other key stakeholders to:

• Establish BlueCHP as the natural choice for exceptional expertise and outstanding client service by members and fee paying clients;
• Educate and inspire a positive perception of affordable housing;
• Develop opportunities within our business, with suppliers and other community social enterprises for new employment opportunities for clients of our Members;
• Maintain strong collaborative corporate relations with clients and stakeholders;  and
• Influence policy and practice on affordable housing development and design at all levels locally, regionally and nationally

This role also has responsibility for researching housing needs and developing innovative responses to aid best value sustainability and optimum balance in the social mix of affordable housing provision at the local area level.
