Our dwellings incorporate the best sustainable energy practises with an emphasis on ageing “in place”. We have delivered over 1200 properties to our service providers, and we expect to deliver a further 200 dwellings by 2017.

Our core difference from other property developers lies in our ability to create properties that focus on a sense of belonging to create an integrated social network. We establish properties that have a social environment around which a community can grow and be recognised.

The quality of our properties is also an integral part of our buildings. The BlueCHP portfolio consists of high quality housing with a mix of housing types including; free standing cottages, townhouses, villas, and apartments. The majority of housing in our portfolio has been acquired from new property developments.

The majority of BlueCHP housing is flexible two bedroom configurations, providing for smaller families, couples with no children and single people which are the most in need.
