BlueCHP

BlueCHP places a high focus on ensuring the governance structures and processes within the organisation support efficient, effective and consistent performance to reflect high levels of due diligence and probity in all areas of its operational management, development undertakings, acquisition and project management so as to minimise the risk profile of the organisation.

We have a solid foundation from which to deliver our operations including:

  • Risk Management Plan established in accordance with the Australian and New Zealand Standard ANZS 4360;
  • Divisional Plans which detail staff accountabilities, delegations, processes and procedures to be implemented. These are the Development Management Plan; Strategic Asset Management Plan and the Financial Management Plan; and
  • Administrative operational policies, systems and processes that provide for transparency and accountability across our business areas.

The BlueCHP Constitution provides the framework to allow the company to assist in the growth of community housing by providing affordable and subsidised housing solutions to low to moderate income disadvantaged individuals and households experiencing housing stress. The constitution establishes a not for profit company limited by guarantee having the status of a tax concession charity, public benevolent institution, and registration status with the NSW Office of Community Housing to allow the Company to achieve activities which further the object of the Company. It also sets out the arrangements between BlueCHP and the members. There are a number of other documents which detail the arrangements between BlueCHP and the members in relation to property leases and operational issues.
