Southern Cross Community Housing
Southern Cross Community Housing Limited is a Class 1 registered not-for-profit company limited by guarantee. Its mission is to generate secure, affordable housing options, in response to local needs, for people on low to moderate income in the Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla and Monaro areas. In partnership with tenants and other agencies SCCH strives to provide facilities and services that strengthen communities.

SCCH also manages properties for other organisations. All current properties managed are in the NSW LGA of Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla, Monaro, Snowy River, Ulladulla, Unanderra and Wollongong. The need for housing and community services is determined through collaborative planning and networking among residents, organisations, businesses, government and the broader community.
